With November upon us we have some great news. The Appleton Cheese Trail is extending Saturday open farms into November, closing after Thanksgiving. We may be open at Appleton Creamery on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving if supplies allow. We’ll keep you posted on that. We’re doing the Maine Harvest Festival in Bangor, and will be selling at both Bath and Belfast Farmers’ Markets again this winter. Read on for details.
MAINE HARVEST FESTIVAL NOVEMBER 19 & 20
The Maine Harvest Festival, at the Cross Center in Bangor, will be a timely event to purchase your Thanksgiving cheeses (and even pop a couple in the freezer for the December holidays). It’s a great opportunity to pair a virtual cornucopia of Maine made foods with our cheeses, or fill up those Maine made gift baskets you might be giving this year. The Festival is packed with foodstuffs from the width and breadth of Maine, offering a foodies orgy of sensations. Check it out. This will be our fifth year at the Festival.
