Appleton Creamery Farm Stand

We are transitioning to our after farming consulting business, Capercaillie Consulting. You can learn more about this venture that will go into full swing in late 2021, but please don’t hesitate to contact us before then on services we may be offering.

Fuzzy Udder has a self serve stand operating 24/7 and offers an array of cheeses and other products. Learn more at

Jessie first apprenticed  at Appleton Creamery in 2007,  and fell in love with goats and cheesemaking during that time and we are elated that our herd has found a new home with her.

We participate in special farm events such as Kid Hugging Day, Maine Open Farm Day, Maine Cheese Guild’s Open Creamery Day, and off site at the Maine Cheese Festival and in winter, Christmas Tree Dropoff Day. Check back as the 2021 Summer season begins. We’ll post updates on our events.
